Come experience Colonial life in Rhode Island during the fall of 1778. Some of the areas to explore are the basket makers, the spinners and weavers, the candle maker, the blacksmith, the military encampment, and the cider press, just to mention a few. The Battle of Newport, Rhode Island, will be reenacted twice daily: 11:40 a.m. and 3:40 p.m.

This September you have the opportunity to witness the historical drama “The Other Perspective” which will fill you in on French and American relations as a new treaty was begun in February, 1777. Admission tickets are available for no extra cost. They are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at the registration booth. The drama is approximately 40 minutes long, having four performances throughout each day:
